Sherina Sha, H.BSc., ND
Sherina Sha is a board certified naturopathic doctor who practices general family medicine with a clinical focus in digestive health, women’s health (hormonal balance, fertility support, pregnancy care) paediatric health, food allergies, weight management, and overall preventative medicine.
Growing up being exposed to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at a young age, Dr. Sha has a deep appreciation for the wisdom and healing powers of easter medicine. During her Life Sciences undergraduate degree at Queens University, she discovered Naturopathic medicine and its combination of western philosophies and eastern knowledge. This sparked her passion and enthusiasm for holistic health.
Sherina believes in individual care, and utilizes a range of naturopathic therapies to address the root cause of disease while providing safe, gentle and effective healing to the whole person. She works to inspire people to eat healthier, live more balanced lives and work towards their health goals.
Working closely with her patients and developing open, therapeutic relationships, her goal is to help patients understand the causes of disease, be proactive in disease prevention and ultimately be in control of their own health!
Dr. Sha is also an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Medicine (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Medicine (OAND).
